Bed & Breakfast.

There are three bed and breakfast rooms, each of them are double rooms, with double beds. Although we have the facility to change the rooms into a twin rooms or even into a room that sleeps 3 persons. Each room has full énsuite facilities and are wheelchair friendly, they all have access to a large terrace for your morning tea or coffee.

The rooms are equipped with built in wardrobes, Hair dryer, use of an Iron and Ironing board, kettle, tea and coffee etc. There are fridges in each room to keep that all important bottle of milk, water (wine) cool.

Satellite Television and DVD player.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for those warm nights and full central heating for those cooler ones.

There is a guest dining room for your continental or full cooked breakfast and there is a small kitchenette for those evenings that you may wish to stay in and cook your evening meal.

Broadband Wi-Fi internet access is available.

All rooms are non smoking.

We offer a sheet and towel exchange program to reduce the need for excessive laundry and reduce the impact on the environment - More on our green policies here.

We are unable to accommodate arrivals before 2pm, unless by prior arrangement.

We also require clients to vacate their room before 11am on the day of departure.

2 Bedroom Apartment.

The Apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is fully equipped for your self catering holiday or if you wish to rent it our on a long term basis, this will be arranged and agreed by separate negotiation.

The main bedroom has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has twin beds.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for self catering cuisine.

Satellite Television in the lounge and each of the bedrooms.

There is access to the terrace for outside dining or sunbathing.

Broadband Wifi internet access is available.

Facilities & Activities.

There is a 10mx5m swimming pool, this pool starts at 1.2m to 2.5m deep, there is a step that goes around the entire pool at 1.2m depth. The pool is used at your own risk and standard rules and regulations apply to its use. It is strongly advised that children or adults that are not strong swimmers are supervised by a responsible strong swimmer (Adult). The pool is a salt water pool and therefore only taste like a tear drop, the salt is less harmful to the environment and you will not have red sore eyes after swimming. The salt does not bleach your hair, towels, swimwear and is good for your skin.

Coming Soon: Will be a small Gymnasium on site, with a selection of free weights, a cycling machine and a rowing machine. These are also used at your own risk.

Also coming soon is a air rifle and pistol range, which can be booked by prior arrangement. The cost of the use of the range is 12€ per hour per person. This is based on target shooting with an air rifle, the air pistols are gas propelled and this is based on one complete gas canister or should you wish to purchase further canisters to complete your one hour session, these cost 1.50€ each.

There will also be an archery range, which can be booked by prior arrangement. The cost for this activity is 10€ per hour per person.

Swimming pool / beach towel hire: 2€ per day for each towel. A 10€ deposit will be taken for each towel hired.
