Tariff:

Two bedroom self contained apartment is:

Sept - April 195€ per week - daily rate 30€

May - June 230€ per week - daily rate 35€

July - Aug 265€ per week - daily rate 40€

This is based on a maximum of 6 people self catering for 7 days (usually Sunday to Sunday).

If for less than three nights - 60€ per night

Apartment Facilities:

The apartment is the Bed and Breakfast suite, which is converted for use as a self contained apartment.  Therefore it has the same facilities as the bed and breakfast.  One room is laid out with a double bed and the second room has a choice of either double or twin beds, all rooms have full ensuite shower rooms.  They all have access to the terrace and swimming pool.  The lounge / diner is fully equipped for relaxation and dining.  Connected to the lounge / diner is the fully equipped kitchenette.

We offer a sheet and towel exchange program to reduce the need for excessive laundry and reduce the impact on the environment - More on our green policies here.

Swimming pool / beach towel hire: 2€ per day for each towel.  A 10€ deposit will be taken for each towel hired.

We are unable to accommodate arrivals before 2pm, unless by prior arrangement.

We also require clients to vacate their room before 11am on the day of departure.
