Complaints:
The only
complaint (this is unusual) is the length of time it has taken to finish
everything. This is due to he is always getting calls for
emergencies - which we can forgive.
Recommendations:
Completes all works necessary.
Friendly and approachable.
Speaks fluent English.
Has some good contacts in the
local Ayuntamiento / Town Council.
Fernando also carries out
work for the local electricity company - therefore if they trust his
work - make your own mind up!!
Conclusion:
Fernando knows what he is
talking about and does a very good job and is value for money - I would
employ him again!!!
